1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and placing orders with Abdulzahir Enterprises Allied Chattha Petroleum, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

We manufacture and supply:

  • • Water tanks (500L to 10,000L capacity)
  • • Petrol tanks (double-wall protection)
  • • Diesel tanks (1,000L to 20,000L capacity)
  • • Heavy-duty trolleys (5-ton to 15-ton capacity)

All products are manufactured using high-quality materials as per client specifications. Custom sizes and specifications are available upon request.

3. Warranty Policy

What's Covered:

  • • 1-year warranty on water tanks
  • • 1-year warranty on petrol tanks
  • • 1-year warranty on diesel tanks

What's NOT Covered:

  • • Trolleys are NOT covered under warranty
  • • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or improper installation
  • • Normal wear and tear
  • • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel

4. Order and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order.
• A deposit may be required for custom orders.

5. Delivery

• We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
• Delivery charges apply and will be communicated at the time of order.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective products.
• Custom-made products cannot be returned.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

7. Liability

Abdulzahir Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Abdulzahir Enterprises and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faisalabad, Punjab.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
